Check out how Karol Rundell (@foodie_withabooty) stays in shape, eats what she wants and maintains her dream body.

Imagine having your dream body and the flexibility of eating your favourite foods! Well guess what, you actually can! There’s no secret, of course you have to work hard for it, but nothing good comes easy.

This is why I do what I do and it makes me happy! Living a nutritious, active, well balanced lifestyle gives me the energy I need to workout and get through my day. I make healthy food choices most of the time, but when I want to treat myself, you know what? I really do! And I absolutely love a glass of red wine too. But I earned it and living this lifestyle allows me to maintain and achieve my health and fitness goals long term.

It’s easy, choose real, whole foods, learn how to cook, add some exercise and you’re on your way to your body goals! Make it suit your lifestyle. Eat what makes you feel great. Majority of your results come from what you put in your body. You know what they say, abs are made in the kitchen!

Check Out This Amazing Recipe Below!

To help you get started, I’d love to share my favourite protein ball recipe. This will definitely help with those sweet cravings, without the guilt! You will thank me later :)

Ingredients:

  • 250g pitted dates, chopped
  • 100g vanilla Life Grip protein
  • 150g almond meal
  • Dessicated coconut, crushed nuts or chia seeds for coating
  • Makes approx 17 balls

You will need a good quality food processor. Add chopped dates and protein powder to your processor and blend until well combined. Add almond meal and continue blending until all ingredients are fully incorporated. The more you blend, the more the mixture will become warm and release the natural oils making it easier to work with. Kneed mixture and roll into balls. Coat with desiccated coconut (remember to get it without preservative 202 listed in the ingredients), crushed nuts or chia seeds.

Really....does it get much easier than this? Absolutely delicious :)

Get creative & enjoy! x

Free Body Fat Calculator

Your lifestyle today determines how you will age down the road and one piece of that healthy aging process is making sure you are maintaining a healthy Body Fat %. Before you can make adjustments to your diet or fitness program, you should know where you’re starting. Measure your Body Fat % by using this free calculator. All you need is a tape measure and a set of scales. If you would like to get a scan done, I recommend a Dexa or Inbody Scan. But the most important is to use the same measuring method each time, so your results are true overtime.

Then, incorporate the three strategies above and make use of quality supplements like Life Grip’s Grass Fed Whey Protein powder for your smoothies or our 5 Greens supplement that provides you with a quick and easy source of those precious leafy greens.

Let us know what’s working for you (and what your challenges are). Sharing your experiences is a great way to be part of our Life Grip community and, you guessed it, maintaining your social connections and being part of a supportive community is yet another way to maintain your youthful vitality for as long as possible.

You want your supplements and vitamins to be in their most natural state possible just as nature intended.

3 things to look for when choosing a supplements or vitamin product:

  1. Ingredients List: you want minimal ingredients (only the ones you need, without fillers) and nothing artificial.
  2. You want to know where the ingredients come from, this is very important.
  3. Calculate the cost per serve: total cost / container servings = cost per serve. This is the true cost of any vitamin or supplement.

Don't be fooled by flashy diagrams, infographics and fitness models. Have a look at the container and nutrition table. Is this the best value and quality combined?

Eat Clean, Think Clean and Live Clean, your body changes, your mind thinks better, you handle stress and challenges better and are more driven and motivated as your energy levels have increased along with your mental clarity. You now begin to look at other areas of your life and how you can enhance them.

Share your experience with changes in your diet, I would love to hear!

Don’t Forget to share!

Eat, Think & Live Clean.

Kind Regards
