How to use this Body Fat Calculator

To measure your body fat % using this body fat percentage calculator, you’ll need to enter your tape measurements in ‘mm’. This is how we’re going to get your accurate Body Fat %.

 

How to calculate Body Fat:

You can leave the Formula set to ‘Covert Bailey Formula’ and you’ll only need a set of weight scales and a measuring tape to measure body fat %.

 

  1. Measure each site 3 times and take the average.
  2. Measure each site in a relaxed state.
  3. Remember your result is more about the change over time rather than the immediate result you get today.
