What is a no cereal bowl?

What ever you normally put into the blender for a smoothie, add the same contents into a bowl, less liquid (water, coconut water, almond milk etc).

Then eat it like you would a bowl of cereal.

Why do I do this?

This is one of my very very common ‘go-to’ meals. I eat this just like anyone else would eat a bowl of cereal, it's got my protein, carbohydrates and fats. 

With this meal, I’'m optimising my hormonal response. I know what food types are right for me, I know what amounts are right for me and I know the timing that I should have that meal.

How can I optimise my meals?

There's three things that you need to do to optimise your hormone response. Fine tune your; food types, your food amounts and your meal timing. 

You're then moving towards a fingerprint specific nutritional plan and diet for you, that optimises your hormone response and you feel better and better.

What protein powder can I use?

I absolutely love the unflavoured Life Grip Australian grass fed whey protein. I feel amazing and it goes very well with this type of meal. Interestingly, the same contents that I have here, berries, apple, almonds and protein powder, same food types and amounts are put in a blender and drank as a smoothie, the hormone response from this meal is different.

Simply add most the contents into a blender, but add less liquid to achieve a thicker consistency. Then, with some left over fruits, granola, chia seeds, LSA (lLinseed, Sunflower seeds, Almonds) for a thick smoothie bowl, simple.
